Sustainability
Collect without
destroying the planet
Traditional collecting generates plastic, packaging, transport and overproduction. Netcrom does the same thing — but without any of that.
Traditional physical collecting has an enormous environmental cost
Every year, millions of collectible packs are printed that no one completes, in plastic no one recycles, with inks that pollute soil and water.
Overproduction
Physical collections are printed in the millions without knowing how many will sell. The surplus goes straight to landfill.
Global transport
Manufacturing in Asia, distribution in Europe, endless returns. Tonnes of CO₂ for a pack of collectibles.
Unnecessary plastic
Every pack contains plastic, cellophane, wrapping. Most of it is not recyclable and ends up in the ocean.
Duplicate items
The random pack model guarantees duplicates. Millions of items nobody wants end up in the bin.
How Netcrom eliminates that impact
Every design decision at Netcrom takes sustainability into account. Not as greenwashing, but as the natural consequence of doing things right.
Everything is digital by default
Netcrom items exist in the digital world. No plastic, no paper, no inks, no packaging. Collecting produces no waste.
Physical printing only on demand
When a collector completes a collection and wants their physical album, we print it specifically for them. Zero overproduction, zero accumulated stock. Shipping currently available in mainland Spain.
Sustainable materials for physical
When we print, we use FSC-certified paper from sustainably managed forests, water-based inks and PVC-free finishes. The album you receive is as eco-friendly as it is beautiful.
No individual unit transport
Digital collections are distributed instantly over the internet. No trucks, no cargo flights, no distribution routes. The carbon footprint of opening a pack on Netcrom is practically zero.
The marketplace extends item life
On Netcrom, duplicate items don't go to waste: they are traded or sold on the marketplace. Every item has value and purpose until someone sticks it in their album.
No industrial production chain
Our items don't need factories, print lines or distribution plants. The impact of producing a new collection on Netcrom is equivalent to uploading images to a server.

Our commitment
Netcrom was born digital and will remain digital. Every time we print physically, we will do so with the most sustainable materials available and on real demand, never as stock. We don't do greenwashing: quite simply, our business model doesn't need to destroy the planet to work.
